A completely redesigned licensing system has been implemented, now compatible with Windows, Linux and Mac OS.
Split3r can be installed on as many computers as necessary.
Split3r uses a flexible licensing system that allows each user to install the software on all the computers they own. To activate Split3r, the user simply enters the name and email address used during registration.
When the application starts, it checks online how many licenses are currently in use. Each license allows a limited number of simultaneous running instances, based on the number of seats the user has purchased. Once this limit is reached, Split3r cannot be launched on an additional machine unless another active instance is closed.
The same license will work across all supported platforms (Windows, Linux, and Mac OS) when they become available.
If a machine is already using a license and the user wants to free that slot, for example, to run Split3r at home while the office computer is still open, it is possible to revoke a license remotely.
This instantly releases the seat and allows the user to start Split3r on another device.

Automatic separation of multiple bodies
When trying to repair an STL/OBJ file containing multiple bodies, Split3r now displays a dialogue box allowing you to automatically separate them into a dedicated subfolder
This also means that you will not be able to split this file, you must correct it first
Tenons in the Workzone
Tenons used in the work area are now automatically saved in a folder of the workzone and scaled according to the scale selected for the model. You just need to print a full bed of these tenons.

MagnetTenons D06x10, D06x13 & D06x15 : Designed for use with standard neodymium magnets measuring Ø6 × 10 mm, Ø6 × 13 mm , Ø6 × 15 mm using two magnets per slot for improved retention and alignment. These connectors allow parts to be assembled securely while still enabling quick and easy disassembly thanks to the magnetic coupling.

WoodTenons D06x30, D08x40, D10x40 : Standard wooden-style tenons available in multiple diameters and lengths, providing strong mechanical joints compatible with common woodworking formats.

New tenon calibration workzone
A dedicated calibration workzone is available in: Documents\Split3r\Workzones\TenonsCalibration
This allows you to generate two parts, print them, and then check the assembly and fit of the tenons.

⦁ [2025-11-01-005] Repair command doesn't work on OBJ files (Workaround : convert to STL if you need to repair an OBJ file)
On the first application start, Repair, Scale, and AutoShell may need to be clicked twice to execute. This is a persistent issue that has proven difficult to isolate. We have not yet identified the root cause, but we are continuing to investigate and expect to resolve it before the public release.
An original backup of your input file is preserved under the Prepare mode tree.
The Repair function will remain in continuous evolution, as we identify new file issues and improve the automatic correction routines. However, it is important to note that not all mesh problems can be repaired automatically, as some files contain structural issues that are simply irrecoverable.
