HOW TO REPORT A BUG

To help us reproduce and fix issues quickly, please provide a complete Workzone: a single ZIP containing your entire project folder and everything needed to reproduce the problem.

1) Package a Workzone (single ZIP)

Compress the whole project folder into one ZIP.

Include:
Inputs: STL/OBJ/AMF… and any other source files.
Generated outputs: slices/exports produced by Split3r.
Project/session files & custom presets (if any).
Tip: Keep file paths and names exactly as used when the issue occurred.
IMPORTANT : do not forget the Split3r file, we need it to analyse and reproduce  the problem.

2) Describe the Issue

Include a short README (TXT or MD) inside the ZIP with:
Steps to Reproduce (numbered, minimal case if possible)
Open project.s3rproj
Load dragon.stl
Set Cut Size = 220 mm, then click Split
Crash occurs at 45%

Expected Result vs. Actual Result
Expected: split completes and shows preview.
Actual: app freezes; error “Out of range in polyline join”.
Exact Error Message (copy/paste or screenshot).

3) Environment Details

OS: Windows 10/11 + exact build number.
Split3r version: e.g., 1.0.1.0 Beta.
Hardware: CPU, GPU + driver version, RAM, display scaling.
Printer/profile used: model + profile name.

4) Evidence
