The finished figure, 1.50 m, by the window.
I enlarged an existing modular model and used Split3r to divide the oversized components for printing on my Bambu Lab H2D. The project involved 29 build plates, approximately 13 kg of Bambu Lab Matte PLA and around 331 hours of printing.
The parts were permanently bonded using approximately 50 g of Kraftprotz PLA adhesive. The entry came with a 12-page documentation: photos of the completed figure, screenshots of the cuts and connector positions in Split3r, and an overview of all 29 build plates.

Front view: flat cap, long coat, waistcoat, red bow tie and orange feet.

Side view: the bill, the arm pose and the coat length; cut seams on the sleeves are visible.

Opposite profile: cap texture and fit of the coat and sleeve sections.

Rear view: the horizontal cuts of the coat, unretouched.
The split in Split3r, then the plates in the slicer:

Split3r: coat and upper body, exploded view, one colour per part.

Split3r: additional coat sections.

Split3r: the trousers in three parts, fabric texture preserved.

Split3r: first sleeve, two sections, tenons on the cut face.

Split3r: second sleeve, with its tenon sockets.

Split3r: the waistcoat cut horizontally, buttons preserved.
